1
EKG (Electrocardiogram)
An EKG records the electrical activity of your heart to help detect irregularities, such as arrhythmias, heart attacks, and other heart conditions. This quick, painless test is often a first step in diagnosing heart issues.
2
Echocardiogram
An ultrasound of the heart that provides detailed images of its structure and function. We use this non-invasive test to assess heart valves, muscle strength, and overall cardiac performance.
3
Cardiac Stress Test
Measures how your heart performs under physical exertion. We monitor your heart rate, blood pressure, and rhythm while you walk on a treadmill or ride a stationary bike, helping us detect potential blockages.
4
Holter Monitoring
A portable device worn for 24–48 hours that records your heart’s activity continuously. This helps diagnose irregular heart rhythms that might not appear during a standard EKG.
5
Pacemaker Interrogation
A specialized test to check the function and settings of your pacemaker. We ensure your device is working properly and make any necessary adjustments.
6
Vascular Ultrasound
Uses sound waves to evaluate blood flow in your veins and arteries. We use this test to detect blockages, clots, and other vascular conditions.
7
Pre-operative Clearance
Before surgery, we perform a comprehensive evaluation to ensure your heart and lungs are healthy enough for the procedure. This may include EKGs, blood tests, and imaging as needed.
8
INR Checks
A blood test to measure how long it takes your blood to clot. This is essential for patients on blood-thinning medications to ensure safe and effective dosing.
9
Coronary Angiogram
A minimally invasive test that uses X-ray and contrast dye to visualize blood flow in your heart’s arteries.
10
Coronary angioplasty / Stent placement
If we find a blockage, a tiny balloon is used to open the artery, and a stent (small mesh tube) is placed to keep blood flowing freely to your heart
11
Peripheral interventions
To restore circulation in the legs or other blood vessels, we use advanced catheter techniques to open blockages, improving blood flow, reducing pain and promote wound healing.
12
Sleep study
Overnight monitoring helps us identify sleep apnea and other breathing problems that affect both heart and lung health. This allows us to tailor treatment for better sleep and overall wellness.
13
Pulmonary function tests
Simple breathing tests measure how well your lungs move air in and out, helping us diagnose asthma, COPD, and other lung conditions.
